The rent for one night for one person is 25 € and 35 € for two people.
After two weeks there is an reduced price in rent. It is common to pay the rent in advance by arrival.
There are three rooms available for one or two people with an approximate surface area of 16 to 20m2. All rooms have antique furniture. There is also a fully equipped kitchen available for use.
Although the flat is situated in the city it is in a quiet location with three different bus stops.
The station Kurfürstendamm / Joachim-Friedrich-Strasse Strasse with the two lines (M19 + M29), the second one Westfälische Strasse/Joachim-Friedrich-Strasse (104) and the third one Hofmeisterplatz (110) are only 1 minute to walk.
The tube station Adenauer-Platz and the faster commuter rail way stations (S-Bahn) Charlottenburg and Halensee are only a 10 minutes walk.
Using these forms of public transportation it is possible to travel to Wannsee and Potsdam in less than 20 minutes. It also takes the same amount of time to reach East-City, the district of the Government (Reichstag) and the Museum-Island etc. A short walk from the building will bring you to Schloss Charlottenburg or the Memory Church.
Our neighbourhood is blessed with the Congress Centre, various theaters and other places for events, Discotheques and a great number of Restaurants and Cafes.
